I went to Homoki Lodge Nature Quest Resort with my sweetheart to experience true relaxation again. Once you visit a glamping accommodation, you will reassess the meaning of holidays and relaxation. In the embrace of silence and stillness, our senses, our childhood curiosity, suddenly return and we open up to the nature around us. Once again we hear the chirping of the many birds, the music of the crickets and the bugs. We look to the sky in a different way, surrendering to the warm sunshine and the caressing breeze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our curiosity led us to explore the area – the first thing we did was to tackle the sandy roads on a fat bike. With this bike, in this soft sand, it’s not a city ride. You have to fight the elements, but it’s worth it! We saw roe deer and rabbits in the clearings between the woods and also walked around the abandoned farms that nature had already started to reclaim. Back after our exhausting trek, we chose from a selection of special refreshments and relaxed, admiring the horses. It’s indescribable how these huge animals exude a calm and equanimity that we all take on without noticing. We just sat and surrendered to the atmosphere, the beauty of glamping!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

We didn’t even notice, but we were completely captivated by the place. We didn’t miss the bustling city, our smart devices resting at the bottom of our suitcases. We’ve changed. We weren’t interested in who was where in the Insta-world, but what surprises the surrounding nature had in store for us. <\/p>\n\n
